subscription cancellation

I really want to cancel my premium subscription but for some reason my iphone app doesn't provide an option to cancel and when I log on at my computer, Spotify seems to think I am on a Free subscription and once again there is no link to cancel. Why is it so incredibly difficult to cancel!!!! In the meantime, I am being charged monthly for a service I am not using!!!!.
