subscription changed on its own?

subscription changed on its own?

So I fortunately I forgot my password and while I was resetting I thought I check my personally details and it turns out I was subscribed for premium family (last bill was for standalone premium btw) and 3 of my playlist was deleted? I don't understand how my subscription changed as I've literally only ever log onto Spotify on my phone until now. Is it possible I've been hacked? Or is something else going on?

Hey @Asianrobert,

 

Check that your email address is correct in your profile page (not been altered by someone else) and change the password to a more secure one.

 

Then, there is option to sign out from all devices in your account's main control panel (at the very bottom).

 

After that, check your receipts. If everything looks ok, you should cancel the Family plan, and resubscribe to regular Premium if you want to.
