Hi , everyone. 

 

I recently logged into my bank account and noticed that I was charged by Spotify for the month , I;m guessing. After that I realized that I may have not have cancelled on time and that's why I was charged. I then went to the spotify app to try and cancel my subcription but it wasn't letting me - it only lets me know that it's free. Well if it's free then why was I chaged. I don't seem to understand that. I also tried it on browser and it told me the same thing. I have a feeling I may have another spotify account but I tried to get into it also and it din't let me. I just want to know what account was the charge made to and why ? 

 

I NEED AN ANSWER ASAP >. PLEASE ANYBODY ANYTHING HELPS.
