subscription prematurely ended.

My spotify premium subsciption end on December 11th 2015, but today, december 8th 2015, the subsciption ended and i no longer have premium fetures.  On my spotify settings under "account" my subscription is still showing up as premium.  When i try to start a new subsciption through Apple itunes ( my previous subsciption was also through Apple iTunes) A pop-up message says that i am already subscribed to Spotify Premium, but i still do not have the features.  I went into my phone settings and ended the renewment, but i still can not use my premium features through the end date (December 11 2015) and i still cannot start a new subscription.

Are you still having issues renewing your subscription through iTunes in-app? Also, can you check if you have Premium features from a different device?
