I sighned up for 30 day trial and recieved an email confirmation but my account status says i'm using "spotify free". How do I correct this?

Hey. Welcome to the Community!


I've just taken a look at the account connected to your Community profile and there's no subscription history on it at all so it seems the account you started the trial on is under a different email address.

 

If you check your receipt, that should have your username on it. If it's a series of digits, it'll be your Facebook details you use to login.
