So my subscription for this month is supposed to end today, 5/3/15, and so I was planning to cancel today because I didn't want to pay 9.99 a month. I woke up and it said that it had already charged, so straight away I went online and canceled the subscription because I wouldn't be using the premium anymore, and I still haven't gotten my money back i don't have money in my account in the first place, but it somehow has already token it. I won't be using Spotify and you can check my account as well, can you please just refund my money to <Snip-Email ~Anthony> , thank you

Hi, and welcome to the community!

If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can see what they can do.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
