suddely a problem with login but having playlists

Hi there!
I can not login anymore on spotify.
I first had premium and went traveling, when I came back I coulnt log in anymore. I did delete my fb account just for a few days and the saddest thing is that everyone can listen and download my playlists but I cant get into my own account for months now! Someone help me please!

@leetjuh hey there, sorry to hear you're having issues with your account.

 

here are some useful troubleshooting steps that resolve most issues:

  • log out of all devices, then back in
  • uninstall the app, restart your device(s) and then re-install.
  • next, you can sign out of all devices here.
  • clear the cache for the app.
  • i would suggest a fresh re-install of flash which you can do here.
  • try listening on a different device to see if the same problem occurs.

 

If not, the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via hereor @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.

Hey there!

Thank you all for your response.

I could not get into my account after trying what you said.

I sent an email to Spotify in hope they will respond.

Apparently my account has been blocked, due to a missed payment.

I hope everything will be fine.
