Suddenly ive been degraded to spotify free?

my playlists are still there, but just premium, and not able to more then 10 hours of music.

But it works like regular/premium on my iphone

If you sign into your online overview does it say you have an active subscription?

Are you sure your card had enough money when it was charged, although I've never had this problem with Spotify I have run into problems with Netflix and places like that with this. Also, check your card ststaments and see if you got charged, otherwise just sign up again like normal

Have you tried logging in and out of the client?

Also, what does it say on your overview?
