suscription charged 4 times!-suscripción cobrada 4 veces seguidas! Devolución importe

Spotify have charged the promo suscription 4 times for an order, and the order didn't worked because I had used 0'99 promo long time ago. 

Besides, Spotify didn't send me any invoice about the suscription. I would like to get the refund of the amount. Can I get it? Thanks

 

Spotify me ha cobrado 4 veces en la tarjeta la suscripción promo, además no ha funcionado porque ya la había usado hace mucho tiempo y no lo recordaba. He consultado las facturas y tampoco me han mandado ninguna factura con los cargos, sólo aparecen con mi cuenta. ¿Cómo puedo conseguir la devolución de los importes. Gracias
