there is a glitch on the home page

My Question or Issue

Hiya,

I have this issue where my home page UI is glitchy and buggy. Basically my recently played music and the usual menu UI aspects/features that usually appears on my home page keeps on appearing and disappearing. It gets replaced with random mixes that do not usually appear. I have tried all the solutions provided by Spotify for both my computer and phone and yet nothing changed.

I was provided a test Spotify account to test if the issue appeared but it did not, so I have a feeling it is my account, so it means I have to make a new account and restart from scratch in making my playlist and also make a new subscription but that will be a hassle.

Could I please have some assistance regarding this matter. Would kindly appreciate the help.

I recommend trying the following things:

• Perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app if you haven't done so yet: https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485
• Make sure that you're not using any VPN/Proxy on your device
• Check if the issue persists on your account when being connected to a different internet connection
• Try logging into the Spotify app using your account on another computer and check if the issue persists
