total removal of spotify

My new Acer win10 computer has spotify. It is not listed on control panel programs. the exe file cannot be deleted by even an Admin. This is obviously a deliberate action on the part of Spotify to prevent me from removing it. The supposed "contact form" here is an incorrect redirect. I have been using the internet since Arpanet. Seldom to i find such deliberate action by a company. How do i get rid of them?
