tracks not available

I have a problem with the Nick & Knight album in Sweden. 9 ot 10 tracks are unavailable. I can accept if the album is not available for rights issues, but the strange thing is that a firend of mine had downloaded the album just fine. And she can also listen to the album from my account on her computer and on her cellphone, but if I try to do the same it is grey and notifications about it not being available in Sweden appears as I click on track 2-10.

Does your friend have the album stored as local files (mp3's) on their computer?

No, she just followed a link posted by Jordan Knight to the album and made a playlist which she after that made available off line.

That album is only showing as available in US and Canada so not sure how they can play it!
