transfer from facebook account to registered account.

Hello, when i ordered premium it was only possible to register with a facebook account.
I don't use facebook anymore and would like to log into Spotify without my facebook account.

Is this possible now?

Or do I have to follow the instructions in this 1 year old thread?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can get everything moved over for you, unfortunately there is no automated way to transfer accounts.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

hi there. i do not know if you work for spotify, but i have sent the same email 4 times, and i keep getting the same stupid reply, how do i get to talk to some 1 or get some 1 who can fix my problem ?

@chrislandles - If that is an automated email, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no reply) and your case will be pushed to an advisor who can give you a hand. 

If you have been speaking to an advisor but you are still having issues, just reply to the last email you have from Spotify and someone will assist further.
