transferring to a student premium subscription

hi,

i followed the link to becoming a student subscrption for premium even though im subscribed as premium already and whenever i use the link it takes my to my account page with no option of becoming of becoming a student. is there a bug with the site? thanks

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Good luck, I've been trying to get this fixed for over a week. They send useless help emails and don't get back to you for days at a time...
