I'm from Brazil and I'm trying to upgrade to Premium without success.
I tried with a credit card (after adding all card information and clicking Submit the form gets blank) and using bank billing ("incorrect data format" message).
could you please help me?

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried to use another browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies ?

yes, tried on different browsers and deleting cookies on both.
already called the bank and the card company and everything is fin ewith the card. 😞
