trouble logging in

I signed up for spotify with my faceook account and put my debit card details in. My brother logged into the spotify and it eneded up connecting to his facebook. We disconnected it and reconnected it to my facebook but its noton spotify premium anymore and when i try to sign up for spotify premium it says my card is already connected to an account
