tv auto activated

Last night i woke up around 03:15 gmt+1 to very loud music coming from my android tv with spotify. Besides not being a very pleasant way to wake up, i am very worried that maybe it was activated by someone from the internet.

I have changed my password to facebook and did some checks on facebook. There is no indication of suspicious activity according to facebook. Also 2factor authentication is enabled.

I als used the logout everyone option from spotify.

My question: Is there any way to find out more info on what activated spotify to start playing lastnight?
