two account but can't remeber one

My Question or Issue

 Just before my mobile broke, i've made an abonnement to spotify. I completly forgot it (and i think i did it only with my facebook account) and now i have a premium with my new mobile an my personnal mail. Two payement are on my credit card but i can't remember how to login to my first account to cancel the first premium abonnement. none of my two email adress work.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
