two accounts under the same email. One free one paid. Cant login to paid on phone because same email

I, unbeknowst to me, have two accounts. I have scoured message boards to no avail. My phone wont login to my paid student account while my comp is working just fine. Apparently they retain the same email and password... pls fix your problem.

Try logging into the Free account and following the steps listed here to close it. After that, try logging into your Premium account to see if you have any trouble.
