two accounts

Hey!

Im trying to help out my beautiful mother with her spotifyaccount.

She has been paying for premium for years but the account she uses is the free one.

She probably has two accounts, the problem is that she don´t remember her login nor her e-mail that could be attached to the second account.

I´ve tried to do the "send me a new password"-thing to see if some of her old emails was connected with spotify. But no.

All I have is an free accunt and a monthly bankstatement that she pays for premium. What to do?

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the Spotify Community!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
