two email diffenrt accounts

Hi There,

I have two spotify account, one is free and one is premium, both have two separate email addresses. I want to change the premium spotify accounts email to the free spotify email (as I dont longe rneed the free version). The premium accounts email is no longer in use so I cant access it (previous work email) can anyone assist me in going about doing this.
