two emails want to swap one for another

I have Spotify on my phone under one of my emails, just signed up for premium service however it used another email address of mine. Have tried to change addresses but the system says alternative address is already in use....that is because it is mine! How to tell Spotify that both are mine and i simply wish to swap one for another?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can lend a hand to get them swapped over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
