two of the same account

I have a very strange problem. I can not log in to my original account. now log on to the new account with the same user name. From the outset login through my account on Facebook. At first I thought that I lost data from your account but after a while I realized that I can follow myself (my old account) please help!

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. It sounds like your old account has become disconnected from your Facebook for some reason, which means when you logged in Spotify created a new account for you login details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
