unable to change email settings

every time i try to change my email settings it says that my email is linked to another account... afaik i only have one spotify account. and i disconnected facebook from my acct, and yet, every time someone adds a song to a list i get an email and it's getting really annoying. i joined spotify before the facebook requirement but yet it's still connected.... help?

If your spotify email address is the same as your facebook email address then I'm guessing that you may have accidentally created a second account using Facebook (its very easy to do!)

I will see if I can get a staff member to look into this for you 🙂

hammeh is correct. A new Spotify account was created with your Facebook details. I have deleted that account.
