was kicked oht of the family account and i cant join back in

Hey @prestontonton,

Spotify probably couldn't confirm that you reside at the same address as the plan owner. I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify Support so they can try to help you get back into the plan:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
