unable to play playlist and download

I am a customer of spark. With a spotify premium account. This account is currently activated. Yet my play lists will no longer play and I cannot download anything. Spark say they are unable to help me as at their end everything is ok with my account. Yet when I try to download or play anything spotify tell me to contact spark regarding my subscription. Very frustrating... please help!!!
