unable to purchase gift card

Can't even get past the first screen.  I click 'Continue' and the page refreshes with an error message.  Seems to happen on Chrome and Firefox.  Bit of a bummer for an xmas eve last minute gift.

You can do the following:

• Clean browser's cache
• Try in incognito mode

I'm having the same problem.  Chrome/Mac.  Incognito mode and clearing browser cache didn't work.  I still get the identical message.  Very frustrating to have such problems on Christmas Eve.
