unable to sigh in


I was in Brazil last year and put Spotify on my phone to listen to music. Now I try to login to use it when I go to Brazil in a coulple of weeks and I can't. It says my email is in use when I try to start a new account. When I try to log in and ask for a new password, I get nothing coming to my email with a new password.

It's possible that you already have an account and are logging in the wrong way. We recommend that you try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button and see if you're able to log in.


If you aren't able to that way, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
