unknowingly charged for premium

i was charged for premium account after thye trial. I was un aware that i would be charged. My girlfriends account automatically went to the free version so i assumed mine would. I am not working at the moment and the charged caused my account to over draft and i had a ton of charges placed on my account due to this. would you be able to refund my account the charge that you placed on my account and cover my over drafts? i already canceled my sub after i discovered this charge.

I would say it is unlikely Spotify will cover your overdraft charges though just to warn you.
