unknown people keep logging into my account

Hi,

It started last night that someone strangely has been secretly logging in and playing their music using my account. I have never experience this matter before.

I have changed my password, username, email address and clicking the 'sign out everywhere' a couple of times today and that person still able to access my account.

What can I do now?
