unlimited to premium

I got a giftcard for €10, and when I wanted the subscription and had to choose the sort I wanted, It didn't let me choose between different subscriptions. So now I'm stuck with unlimited, but I wanted premium. The site says I can change it, but then I'd first have to give my creditcard etc. But the whole point of the giftcard was to not give these information, since I don't have one and my parents won't let me use theirs. Does anyone know a different way how I can change my subscription?

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get that swapped over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
