unpossible to create a password for a second device

unpossible to create a password for a second device

since tonight my iphone has been disconnected from my spotify account. So i try to recreate a password for this device. But the functionnality is not working. impossible to create a password. I get the email but when i enter a new password i get an error message.

If you're trying to set up a device password for your Spotify account, then it looks like you have may have an account created through Facebook.

 

Setting up of device password is also done on Facebook under its settings. You may want to reach out to Spotify Customer Support on how to do that. You can reach out to them here, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on their Facebook page.

 

If you have created your account through Spotify.com though, you will just need to enter your username and password instead. This instance is being covered here, so feel free to check that out.
