As far as I am aware, there are limits on how many eCards you can purchase in one day from a Spotify account (as part of fraud prevention), and you can use the same credit card on a few Spotify accounts. There are also limits on how many premium codes a single account can redeem in a month (but that shouldn't effect you since the guests should all have their own accounts).
