unrecognised premium account

I'm being charged for a premium account that I wish to cancel...but my login says I only have the free account.  How can I get to my premium account to cancel it?  Your accounts department know I have it, your web help/logins/community chats/help and all the rest doesn't believe I have premium.

Hi Philer,

The account linked to your Community profile is on the Free service and has never charged you.  I also cannot find any contacts from you on our email system.  Could you please send support a message and then post your case number into a reply to this thread?  I will then be able to get it chased up for you.
