My Question or Issue

After being a long-standing and loyal subscriber to premium services, my account was without proper justification terminated by Spotify under the vague and unsubstantiated claim of "fraudulent activity" / "violation of terms." I tried to contact customer service and got a reply that the account was disabled after suspected fraudulent activity and cannot be reactivated again and that they are very sorry but they cannot assist me any further. Just like that!  What is going on, and who can assist me in resolving this issue on Spotify before I hire a lawyer to file a legal complaint?  Thanks.
