unwanted subscription

I am paying a spotify subscription.
I have not requested it, I do not want it and I would like to know how to cancel it.
The problem is that I do not know the username and password to access the account, the only thing I know is that I'm paying with my credit card 9.99 euros each month from june 2019 and I have never provided my card details.
How can I cancel the contract and get my money back?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue but i'm sure we can work it out together.

In order to cancel a subscription you indeed must have access to it.

As you mention you can't remember your credentials, i recommend you use this support page to locate any active accounts listed with your details.

Then, you can learn how to cancel any unwanted subscriptions through here.

I didn't mean to say that I don't remember the credentials. 

I've never had them.

I have never wanted to subscribe to premium.
I have never given my credit card details.

Please visit this help page and check out the "Didn't sign up to Premium?" section as it holds relevant info.

Check your family or friends haven’t subscribed with your payment info. If they have, they should immediately cancel (or change their payment method) and reimburse you. 

If you can’t access an account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
