Hi!

I have been paying for spotify for a long time, I have now moved overseas (from australia to slovenia) and i had to cancel my old card. i want to enter my new card details and it doesnt let me. what do i do?

Can you try to update your payment details using a computer, incognito window and different browser?

 

If that doesn't work, send us a screenshot of the error message and make sure to not send your payment details like the credit card number.
