updating subscription details

hello, some help would be appreciated.

i'm trying to change my account payment method from a canadian credit card to an australian card. ive followed the change country prompts and changed my country to australia. then the next screen that pops up is trying to sell me a family account and if i go back to the "my account" page, then my account is still canadian and i can't input my new card details because i need to change my location to australia. then i change my country and to australia and sure enough the same thing happens. the offer for the family account is displayed. there is a place to enter my card details but it is definately to sign up for the family account.

this is pretty annoying. please, if you want my money, help me out here.

That's odd. Can you try clicking on that "See more offers options"? It should take you to a list of other options, like this:

 You should then be able to click on the Premium option you'd like.

i only get the family or the pay in full for 1 year of premium.

It sounds like a cache issue. Try clearing out the cache/cookies memory in your browser or retry upgrading in another browser. Alternatively, you can open a private/incognito window in your current browser and try again.
