upgrade premium account error

i am trying to upgrade my account to premium and when i fill in my credit card detail i saw this meessage.

 

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

 

any solution ?

Hey @vincekan,

 

You can try using another browser or incognito window on a desktop or laptop computer. Deleting cache/cookies might help as well.

 

When all else fails though, you can always give a shout to the Support team either via the Contact form or tweet @SpotifyCares 🙂
