urgent - family premium account

Hey there

 

 

I have a family premium account and have invited 3 family members who are all experiencing the same problem. I received an email last week asking me to authorize their email addresses within 7 days, I did not reply in time.

 

I have invited the 3 family members again, after they received my invite and codes they input the address details and thereafter are told that they are not at the same postal code as me, which is extremely odd.

Don't worry, our Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and the email addresses linked to the accounts you're trying to invite to your Premium for Family plan.
