I have a premium account in Europe. Since two years I live abroad (Indonesia). Now my account is suddenly switched from premium to free. I can see that I paid for the service as usual. I needed to switch my account from Dutch to Indonesian. This means the whole website changes into Bahasa Indoensia. I managed to turn that back so I can actually read the website but untill now I don't know how to get my account back to premium.

Hey @martinadegloppe

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
