username and password for family

Hello.

I added my mother to my family plan. 

She tried to join Spotify with my invitation.

Does she need my username & password?? I don't have one, as I sign in through Facebook.

She tried to create one with her email address & Pw, but it says 'incorrect username or pw'

She Didn't receive an invitation code to put in.

VERY FRUSTRATING for what should be simple. Any advice? Please?

Hey @BrianDavis! Thanks for writing.

Keep in mind that all the members of a Premium for Family plan must have their own individual Spotify accounts. If your mother doesn't have an active account, she can create one at absolutely no cost from this link. Once she's created it, she'll be able to redeem your invitation to the plan from here.
