I have just moved from the UK, where I was a free user, to Malta and want to recover all the stuff I saved and peole I follow and so on. Is this possible? If I upgrade to premium will all my stuf come back? At the moment I have nothing and am cross!!

I suggest you to contact Spotify Support here so they can help you change your country. If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the FAQ or the community, simply reply back to it.

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours, sometimes even faster.
