using spotify family with facebook account

Hi,

i am using Spotify premium family since some month and my son and my daughter are using the same account.

Now Spotify send me an email, that it could not be verified that my son is living at the same adress and canceled his premium.

Even if i want to add him again, and he enteres the right adress, it says that he is not living at the same adress as me.

I wanted to look at my saved adress at spotify, but i cannot find any, as i created my account using my facebook account.

So is this a deadlock? I cannot enter a adress for me, and so i cannot use premium family???

I also sent an email one week ago to spotify but didn't get any response...

can anyone help me?
