web player shows authentication failed

I've been trying to log in to web player but, I can't because it is showing that "authentication failed"

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser/cache?

Having the same problem in Firefox 51.0.1 on Linux. I've tried resetting the browser cache and restarting it, and even tried Chromium 56.0.2924.87, but both report authentication failed. The same username & password works fine in the desktop client, but I'd rather use a web player.

Same problem. Clearing history, cookies and cache doesn't help.
