what happened to the spotify members playlists ?

When I joined Spotify, there was the option on the homepage showing playlists of members, I think it was headed  "what people are listening to in your area" .... I've got a few fantastic playlists this way and discovered some awesome music.  Sine the Spotify hookup with Facebook the only playlists available are "official" playlists from big name artists and record companies. Its such a shame this option is no longer available .... any chance of getting it back ?

If you want to suggest its return I would head over to the Ideas Exchange since that is the official place to suggest changes. 

However, with that in mind be aware that the "What's New" tab where I am guessing these used to be displayed is currently in the process of being replaced by the new Discovery Tab so "What's New" will shortly disappear.
