Solved!

when the month start for the 10h/month?

I had the message of '0 minutes' remaining on the 31.10.2012 so I thought that on the 01.11.2012 I would had access to spotify again but I'm still blocked... Does anybody knows when the month starts for Spotify? Or where could I find such info?? Documentation is not clear with that point...

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You get 2.5 hours renewed each week on your free account, the 10 hours a month is a bit vague as the renewal happens weekly not monthly.

It's all explained in the FAQ.

Play time is allocated weekly, rather than monthly - at 2.5 hours a week. The allocation will be the same day of the week, and around the same time as you created your Spotify account.

Hi

I had the problem that I used my ten hours last month and the account didn't reset until the third on the next month. Also now my account says I have only 14 minutes of music left - although I have not listen to nearly ten hours this weekend (perhaps one or two at the most). Why is that? And - if it has to do with the 2,5 limit per week rather than a ten hour monthly limit - will my account reopen next week for another 2,5 hours free music?
Thanks!
