where are my emails on new releases

Hi, I hope somebody can help me: For almost three weeks I haven't received any emails about new releases by the artists I follow. I have checked my settings (mobile and computer) and everything is alright there. I also don't have anything in the junk mail so the problem really seems too be on the sending side, i.e. spotify. Does anyone know what I could do about that? Many thanks in advance!

Check for the spam folder.

Try to erase your email, save your profile and add the e-mail again. Do the same on the option to receive those notifications, uncheck then check again. Restart the app.

Thank you very much for your help. Unfortuntately, none of it helped. The weird thing is that I can't find anything about it on Google either. It's so sad. Regulary receving these notifications was one of the big perks of spotify.
