whont let me log in

When trying to log in to my account it keeps saying that my account already exist like I'm trying to create a new account instead of logging in can't seem to get around this

That doesn't sound quite right. 

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

No I have not tried that I'm not sure what my user name is

Enter your email address on the password reset page, the reset email contains your username and a link to reset the password if needed.
