why cant i unsubscribe from my free trial

, after looking into it,and seeing how it works , i find its not what i expected it to be ,so dont need to use it .

i wish to unsubscribe ,but the instructions to do so are not at all clear ,,looks good on your help page but i cannot follow them as they do not corelate to your program . 

hoping this is not a ploy to con people ,unsubsciding should be at least as easy as subscriding
